Holy crap that is creepy....I really don't like spiders, but this one I'm drawn to. My only critique is the foreground it is on needs a little work IMO. Might be the fact that it is out of focus and the spider isn't so it throws it off, or something else, I'm not sure. Good render though, freaks me out....

Thanks for all the comments, I liked this angle, but I guess I can try others. I didn´t find a texture that suited the spider, so I decided to leave it a little reflective, but I guess you´re right, maybe a little too much.

Great Work!!! The texture of the wood is amazing. I agree about the background... It would be better if you don't use so much DOF on it. I think I have to agree too with other comments about the texture of the spider and the angle (a little bit more frontal could be perfect). Just a little tweaking. +8/9
